I just had a nice conversation with a craftsman named Carolyn who is doing for a paper she is writing dealing with how certain metalworking communities communicate with each other and suppliers. For her project she has created a survey. If any of our members would like to help her out by taking the quick, one page, survey for bladesmiths, it is here:

Completed the survey for Carolyn. Forms is a great way to gather information and export into Excel.
