I recently bought a horizontal disc grinder from Beaumont Metal Works. I know the 2x72 grinder needs to be at a certain height when grinding. Is there a certain height a Horizontal Disc Grinder should be at?

Put it wherever it is comfortable for you to work.
I put hinges on mine so it works both horizontally and vertically. I adjusted it accordingly.

I am shamelessly showing what I just finished. Big Blu. Karl is right make it comfortable for yourself, as you will the one spending time w it.
I am happy to answer questions about what I have done. I ordered components, welded, painted, wired and assembled it as I thought it should be I have about 1k in it (2022).
