Here's a knife I just finished up for the Gembloux show coming up this next weekend.

The blade forged 1084, just over 5" long, with a damascus guard and an australian ringed gidgee handle.

The damascus is 200+ layers of 1084 and 15n20 parent stock.

The handle is sanded to 1500 grit and finished with boiled linseed oil and antique wax.

All comments and critiques are appreciated!

That's a pretty knife Derrick. Very graceful. I really like it. Love Gidgee.
