My journey started a few years ago when my wife surprised me with a forge on my birthday. Between selling our house, buying property and living in a fifth wheel while we slowly get ready to build our forever dream home, I forge knifes. Life has thrown me a few curve balls and I find peace and balance by beating away at hot steel. I’m in my late thirties and plan on bladesmithing for years to come. Long term goal is to one day have a nonprofit that provides classes and basic tools for veterans dealing with PTSD. I want to share the healing I have found in this art with others.
