Hammer-Ins/Symposiums are great in that you get to meet knifemakers being knifemakers; as apposed to shows where we are all supposed to act like professionals!

What Mike said. If you are driving: a comfortable folding chair, an ice chest with drinks (alcohol is not allowed in the park) and snacks. We may get some rain, so rain gear. If it doesn't rain, a hat. The sun can get kind of hot at times. Be sure to look me up and say hello.
