Haven't posted in a while here's my latest Chef knife. Apexultra core with nickel shim and wrought iron cladding 238mm × 52mm. The handle is ironwood burl with a wrought iron bolster. The core steel is very wear resistant and pretty tough it also takes a nice edge but is tough to hand sand.
